Damascus, SANA- With participation of 21 countries the International Charity Bazaar was opened at the Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus, which was organized by the Diplomatic Club in Syria in cooperation with the Ministry Social Affairs and Labor.
The bazaar aims at supporting the charities in Homs city.
Head of the Diplomatic Club said in a statement to SANA that the Bazaar constitutes the largest fundraising cooperation of the diplomatic missions accredited in Syria, noting that the Bazaar’s proceedings will be used to support the charities in Homs city.
The Bazaar has witnessed a large turnout by a large number of countries, in addition to associations from the Syrian provinces, which is an indicator of Syria’s recovery following the terrorist war.
Countries of Algeria, Armenia, Belgium, Bangladesh, Brazil Bahrain, Bulgaria, Belarus, Indonesia, India, Ireland, Palestine Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Venezuela, are participated in the Bazaar in addition to Syria.
