Provinces, (SANA) The army continued Monday crackdown on terrorist groups through large-scale operations against their dens and hideouts in several provinces.
Army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in al-Jandoul, Mare’, Tal Qarah, Hreitan, Handarat, al-Mansoura, Khan al-Asal, Rasem al-Abboud, Jdeideh, Kweiris and Hanano in Aleppo, killing many of the terrorists and injuring others.
Army units also targeted terrorists in Tal Rifaat, Hayyan, Daret Ezza, Tal Jabin, Babis, the industrial city, al-Lairamoun, al-Mislmiyeh, Dahret Abed Rabbo, al-Sheikh Said, al-Rashidin, al-Zahra, Qadi Askar, Karem Myassar, al-Marjeh, Bustan al-Qaser and Bustan al-Basha.
In Daraa, a military source told SANA that army units killed and injured a number of terrorists in Tal Ahmar Sharqi and to the south east of Etman town, al-Kasarah area on Zemrin-Samlin crossroads and al-Bagabijeh neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad.
The army units also destroyed a van with all the terrorists inside it in al-Dawayeh al-Kabira village in the western countryside of Daraa.
The army units targeted terrorists’ cars convoy near al-Karek village and destroyed a number of cars with all the terrorists inside them. A car equipped with heavy machinegun in Etman village was also destroyed.
Other units targeted terrorist gatherings and hideouts between Tal Mahid and al-Hejje and near al-Hejje dam, eliminating many terrorists, injuring others, and destroying their equipment.
The army units targeted armed terrorist groups in al-Hamadeen neighborhood in Daraa and in Busra al-Sham in the countryside, killing and injuring scores of them.
Army units targeted armed terrorist groups in al-Ameriyeh, Ein Hussein, in Talbiseh, in Homs countryside, killing and injuring a number of their members.
Another army unit killed and injured all members of an armed terrorist group in the southern entrance of Taldao village.
Units of the armed forces targeted terrorists’ dens and gatherings in al-Rastan, Mass’ada and Rahoum villages in the eastern countryside of Homs, killing and injuring scores of terrorists, in addition to destroying their weapons and ammunition.
The army units carried out operations against terrorists’ dens and gatherings in Damascus Countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon them.
SANA reporter said that the army units killed and injured several terrorists in Mleiha farms, in addition to destroying two cars loaded with weapons and ammunition.
Said Lakeh, Maher al-Masri and Hassan al-Afandi were identified among the dead terrorists.
A military source told SANA that the Army seized a 300-meter length tunnel in Harasta, Damascus countryside while hunting armed terrorist groups there. The tunnel is equipped with lights, cameras and there were many explosives inside.
In Doma area, an army unit destroyed a terrorists’ den in Karm al-Rasas farms, killing many terrorists, including Kasim al-Najar.
Another army unit clashed with terrorists in Harasta roundabout, killing two terrorists Ahmad Hamzeh and Alaa Abdulmuhsin.
Meanwhile, the army units stormed a terrorists’ den in the area surrounding Coats Market in Joubar neighborhood, killing and injuring many of them.
Another army unit targeted terrorists in 16 and 17 Islands in the residential city of Adra.
In the same context, an army unit destroyed a 70 meter long tunnel to the south of al-Sayyeda Sukina Shrine in Daraya city, killing all terrorists inside it.
The army units also stormed a terrorists’ den in al-Rhaibeh in the northern countryside of Damascus, eliminating many terrorists, Bilal Dmariyeh and Mohammad al-Rifa’ai.
