Sweida, SANA- Fig crop for the current season in Sweida province is estimated at 1519 tons, according to Sweida Agriculture Directorate.
Head of the Directorate, Ayham Hamed said that the estimated production of fig for this year is relatively good and it is economically feasible.
The total area planted with fig trees in the province mounts to 307 hectares with more than 98,000 trees.
