Maintenance works at gas factory in al-Swaidiyeh plant completed

Hasaka, SANA- The technical workshops of the gas factory at al-Swaidiyeh plant, in cooperation with the workers of the Rmelan oil fields, have completed the maintenance works for the factory, which lasted for 15 days.

Director General of Hasaka Electricity Company, Anwar Okleh, said in a statement to SANA reporter that maintenance operations were carried out for the factory in general.

Okleh added that the four turbines in al-Swaidiyeh plant for electricity generation, which were stopped for maintenance, have been restarted, and that the General Electricity Company of Hasaka will start restoring the electricity normally from today.

 It is noteworthy that 50 megawatts of electricity are generated on a daily basis to supply Hasaka Province with electricity, as the province needs 90 megawatts per day.
