Moscow, SANA-The Russian currency registers the highest level in two weeks against the US dollar, as the dollar traded below the level of 56 rubles.
The data of the Moscow Stock Exchange, according to the Russia Today website, showed a decline in the dollar exchange rate against the Russian ruble by 55.50, while the euro exchange rate dropped by 56.52 rubles.
On the reasons for the recent rise of the Russian currency, the strategic expert in investment in one of the companies, Sergey Sovirov, said that at this time, the Russian currency is traditionally rising, and oil prices support the ruble, as it is trading above the level of $100 per barrel.
