Madrid, SANA- Health officials in Spain reported 14 new cases of monkeypox virus in the country during the last 24 hours.
The ministry stated in a statement that the total number of the reported confirmed cases in all Spanish regions amounted to 156 cases since the outbreak of the virus.
The statement noted that the vast majority of infections were reported and detected in the region of Madrid, as the confirmed cases of the disease rised to 139 after the detection of 8 new cases.
On Thursday, Spain recorded 10 cases of Monkeypox.
