Provinces, SANA – Units of the Syrian Arab Army continued carrying out operations against terrorist organizations in several areas, eliminating many terrorists and destroying their equipment.
Damascus Countryside
SANA field reporter said that units of Army killed several members of takfiri organizations, among them Nazih al-Khoss, Hasan al-Dalati, Khaled Shbara and Nabeel al-Horani. Scores others were injured in al-Zabadani mountains.
In Khan al-Sheih farms and the area surrounding al-Salam Highway, units of the Army clashed with terrorists and killed many of them, injuring others and destroying their weapons and ammo.
In the northern part al-Qalamoun Mountains area in Damascus Countryside, an army unit targeted takfiri organizations in Wadi al-Karam and in al-Zamarani and al-Romiyat crossing points in Qarra.
In Douma and its farms, Army units carried out special operations against takfiri terrorist organizations, resulting in the destruction of their weaponry and ammunition and the death of many terrorists in the Medical Tower, al-Hajaria neighborhood inside Doma and Hosh Nasri.
Mufid al-Shahir and Suliman Bazazi were identified among the killed.
During Army operations in Erbin, five terrorists were killed when Army units targeted a den belonging to them and destroyed their ammo and weapons south of Abu Bakr al-Siddeeq mosque.
Another Army unit clashed with terrorists, killing three of them in the area east of Daya Car Company in Harasta.
Homs
Units of Army and Armed Forces carried out operations against dens and gatherings belonging to takfiri terrorist organizations, killing and injuring many terrorists in the northern countryside of Homs.
A military source confirmed the death of Abu Ratib al-Tunissi and several other terrorists during Army operations against their hideouts in al-Ghanto and Deir Foll in Talbeisa area, 13 km from Homs city.
Units of Army and Armed Forces destroyed dens of terrorist organizations, killing many of their members and injuring others in Abdoon village in al-Rastan.
Terrorists’ hideouts had been destroyed and many of them killed and injured during Army operations in Rahoom, Um Sahreijand al-Msheirfa al-Janoubia in the eastern countryside of Homs.
Army operations also targeted terrorist hideouts in the villages of Rahoum, Oum Shairij, and al-Mshairfeh al-Janoubiye, leaving a number of terrorists dead or injured.
Hama
Army units eliminated 23 terrorists in Hamadi Omar in Hama countryside and destroyed their weapons and ammo, in addition to destroying a cache of rockets in Mkaiman al-Shamali, leaving several terrorists dead or injured.
Lattakia
Other army units killed a number of terrorists and destroyed a weapons and ammo cache in al-Ghanima village in Lattakia’s northern countryside, in addition to carrying out operations against hideouts of Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists in the villages of al-Wadi and al-Rabe’a which resulted in the death of several terrorists and the destruction of vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns, weapons, ammo, and a cache of weapons and explosive shells.
Among the terrorists killed in al-Wadi and al-Rabe’a were the leader of a terrorist group from Chechnya nicknamed “Abu Tuhama al-Chichani” in addition to Marwan Bu Sha’ib from Morocco, Othman al-Toulan from Tunisia, Mahmoud Bu Ghalioun, Othman al-Soufi, and Ahmad Qassoumeh.
Idleb
In Idleb countryside, army units killed a number of terrorists and injured others north of Saraqeb and in Kafr Lata, al-Bara, and Jisr al-Shughour countryside.
Deir Ezzor
An army unit eliminated a number of ISIS terrorists and destroyed several of their vehicles along with everyone on board in the village of al-Jafra in Deir Ezzor.
Daraa
Units of the Army and Armed Forces destroyed two armored vehicles and many other vehicles during their operations against hideouts of terrorist organizations in al-Sheikh Myskeen, Jasim and Inkhel in Daraa countryside.
