Moscow, SANA- Russian forces destroyed 153 centers for gathering personnel and Ukrainian military equipment, and shot down a fighter jet and 15 drones during its special military operation to protect the residents of Donbass.
“With high-precision naval and air weapons deployed on the northern outskirts of Kremenchuk, Poltava region, production facilities, an oil refinery, and tanks for gasoline and diesel fuel were destroyed, which were used to supply military equipment to the Ukrainian forces.”, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov said in a press briefing on Friday.
Konashenkov noted that the Russian air defense forces had shot down a Ukrainian Su-27 fighter near Lozovaya village, and 15 drones in different areas of Kharkiv and the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Konashenkov added that Russian warplanes targeted 153 concentration areas of personnel and military equipment and destroyed two Ukrainian facilities for launching Grad missile systems, warning radar and the US air defense system in the Kharkiv region.
as Konashenkov pointed out that Russian forces also targeted 15 command centers, 520 concentrations areas of personnel and military equipment, 6 artillery units in firing positions and a missile weapons depot in the Kharkiv region.
Konashenkov stated that two Ukrainian missiles had been intercepted from the Smerch multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) over Tobolskoye village.
