Russian MoD: Russian Aerospace Forces hit 32 military targets in Ukraine

Moscow, SANA- Russian Defense Ministry spokesperson, Major-General Igor Konashenkov, said that the Aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces targeted 32 Ukrainian military facilities last night.

The operational-tactical aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces bombed 32 Ukrainian military installations, including a Buk-M1 anti-aircraft missile system, a radar for the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system, as well as a command post and 18 fortified sites of the Ukrainian military equipment, Konashenkov said in a media briefing on Tuesday.

Russian air defense systems shot down two drones, he added.

Konashenkov noted that last night, , an ammunition depot and an aircraft hangar were destroyed at a military airport near Starokostyantyniv town in Khmelnytskyi region, as well as an ammunition depot in the vicinity of Gavrilova town in Kyiv by using high-precision missiles.

Konashenkov pointed out that the Russian aviation and artillery thwarted an attempt by the remnants of the Ukrainian forces to leave the vicinity of the Ilyich factory in Mariupol, and also destroyed 3 tanks, 5 personnel carriers and 7 military vehicles, killing 50 Ukrainian soldiers, while 42 ones surrendered.
