Donetsk, SANA- Popular forces command of Donetsk Republic announced that the Ukrainian forces had lost 76 soldiers and 23 firing positions during the clashes in the past 24 hours.
In a statement on Thursday, the popular command added that the Republic soldiers killed 76 personnel from the Ukrainian invaders, destroyed 23 firing positions, two infantry fighting vehicles, one armored personnel carrier, one truck, two 122 mm self-propelled guns of Govzdika model and three anti-tank guns, one combat infantry fighting vehicle, one armored vehicle for command and staff and one field artillery depot.
The statement added that 12 Ukrainian soldiers defected from the 54th and 25th brigades and joined the Donetsk forces.
The statement stressed that during the past 24 hours, the enemy fired 325 shells and missiles from rocket launchers and 122 mm mortars.
