New York, SANA- Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Vassily Nebenzya, said that Russia has evidence of the existence of 30 biological centers in Ukraine that contain toxic and dangerous substances, with the support of the US.
Russia has requested holding a UN Security Council meeting to discuss the biological activities of the US on the territory of Ukraine, Nebenzya said in a Security Council session on Friday.
“Our military is well informed about research in laboratories in Kiev, Kharkov and Odessa investigating the spread of infectious diseases through migratory birds,” the Russian diplomat said.
He clarified that there is a possibility that these biological weapons will be stolen in Ukraine and used by terrorists.
“Biological danger will reach everyone and there are no limits to its risks,” Nebenzia said.
