Moscow, SANA- Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in a press conference with his Kyrgyz counterpart Ruslan Kazakbaev in Moscow on Saturday that the Russian forces are carrying out precise military strikes against Ukrainian military infrastructure due to Kyiv hostile approach.
Lavrov added that the Ukrainian regime depends on escalating the situation and igniting hatred against Russia paying no attention to the fate of the civilians.
Lavrov added that the Ukrainian regime uses foreign students as hostages, asserting that authorities of Kharkov city refused to open the humanitarian corridors for the exit of foreigners.
He pointed out that authorities of Mariupol rejects to allow the locals to escape the fight via the safe corridors that were opened by the Russian forces.
Regarding the negotiations with Ukraine, the Russian diplomat pointed out that the Ukrainian delegation is procrastinating, asserting that Moscow has not received any proposals from the Ukrainian delegation on the date of holding the next round of talks.
He stressed that the Russian delegation waits for a response to his demand on disarmament of Ukraine and recognition of Crimea as Russian territory.
