Temperatures above average, skies clear in general

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to drop to become from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by an Indian seasonal superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department, in its Monday bulletin, expected that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia regions.

The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with low to moderate speed, while it will be southwesterly with low speed in the coastal regions, and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 38/20, Daraa 34/20, Homs 33/21, Hasaka 42/19, Tartous 32/24, Idleb 34/19, Deir Ezzor 42/22.
