Health Ministry: 5 new coronavirus cases recorded, 4 patients recover , with no death cases

Damascus, SANA- The Health Ministry announced on Tuesday evening that 5 new coronavirus cases were recorded and 4 patients infected with the virus recovered, adding that there were no new death cases reported.

In a statement, the Ministry added that the total number of the coronavirus cases recorded in Syria has reached up to 25,845 till now, of which 21,924 have recovered, with no change happened to the death numbers which stayed 1,905.

The first coronavirus case was recorded in Syria on March 22nd last year in a person who came from abroad, while the first death was registered on the 29th of the same month.
