Daraa, SANA, Terrorists’ attempts to vandalize health establishments in Daraa will be faced by reconstruction, Daraa Province Governor Mohammad Khaled al-Hannous said Monday.
These establishments will be put into service soon as Daraa province is giving health sector a top priority, Al-Hannous added during a tour inspecting the situation of the services offered by the All Specialty Clinics (ASC) in Daraa city.
Head of ASC Dr. Mustafa al-Jawabrah said that the Clinics offer medical services for free to some 18,000 to 20,000 patients monthly, adding that the Artificial Kidney Department (AKD) has been put into services after it was destroyed by terrorist organizations on 2013.
Additionally, Dr. al-Jawabrah stressed that the dentistry center was supplied with a Panoramic x-ray device with a cost of SYP 8 million, while the mobile clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology will be put into service during the upcoming two months.
In a relevant context, the rehabilitation works of the School of Nursing will be finished soon, as the school has exposed to terrorist attacks which caused material damage to it. The new headquarters of the school contains 265 students and 20 midwives. whilst, the school contained 70 students on 2014.
