President al-Assad issues decree that tightens penalty on obtaining telecommunications’ service through fraudulent means

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar Al-Assad issued on Thursday Legislative Decree No. 9 of 2021 that amends Article 67 of Telecommunications Law issued by Law No. 18 of 2010 to tighten the penalty on anyone who obtain or help obtain any service of telecommunications through deceptive means.
