Lattakia, SANA – Syrian Christmas Festival started its first day on Wednesday in the coastal province of Lattakia, which will see a variety of folkloric dance and music shows.
Today’s activities included four dance tableaus and an acting scene performance by the Palestinian band “Earth Call”.
Folkloric music pieces were played as part of the performances, which depicted Palestinians traditions.
The three-day festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture, will also feature a number of dance theatre groups besides “Earth Call”.
“Julnar” and “Ugarit” troupes will perform in the next two days of the festival.
