Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will gradually rise to become from 1 to 3 degrees above average as the country is affected by a weak high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while the weather will be cold at night, warning against frost over the mountains, and fog in most the inland regions.
The wind will be southeasterly with a low to moderate speed and it will become active in the western regions and over the coastal mountains, while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 18/8, Daraa 18/7, Homs 15/6, Lattakia 20/13, Aleppo 15/5 and Deir Ezzor 17/8.
