Moscow, SANA – Syria’s Ambassador in Russia Riad Haddad on Tuesday discussed with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov bilateral relations and the situation in Syria in light of the latest regional and international developments.
Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the meeting tackled the situation in Syria and the prospects of reaching political settlement to the crisis there.
According to the Ministry, Bogdanov reiterated Russia’s firm stances in opposing any military interference in the Syrian affairs and suppor to holding a Syrian-Syrian dialogue without preconditions.
