Daraa, SANA – The terrorist organizations targeted on Monday evening the Post Directorate in the city of Daraa with a mortar shell.

The shell was fired by terrorists positioned in Ataman town, 2 km to the northern entrance of the city.

The internet section of the Communications Department sustained severe material damage due to the attack.

The section’s chairman Wassim al-Subaihy told SANA reporter in Daraa that the material damage caused to the section’s equipment led to halting the provision of the administrative services, without technically affecting the internet network.

He noted that repairing the section to bring it back to service will need a few days.
