Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will remain around average in most regions as the country is affected by a low air pressure accompanied by a relatively cold air mass in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the weather will be generally clear to partly cloudy with an opportunity remaining for rain showers, at night, the weather will be relatively cold, warning of fog over the mountains and some inland regions.
The wind will be easterly to northeasterly with a low to moderate speed, the sea waves will be low in height.
Different amounts of rainfalls have been registered in a number of Syrian provinces over the past 24 hours as follows: Damascus Countryside 70 mm, Sweida 15 mm, Daraa 10 mm, Quneitra 19 mm, Homs 9 mm, Hama 9 mm, Tartous 19 mm, Raqqa 19 mm, Hasaka 40 mm and Deir Ezzor 26 mm.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 9/18, Daraa 9/18, Homs 7/17, Hasaka, Tartous 13/22, Aleppo 7/19, Idleb 8/18, Deir Ezzor 8/19.
