Provinces, SANA- Large numbers of terrorists were killed, and their hideouts and vehicles were destroyed as the army continued its military operations against their gatherings in several areas across the country.
Aleppo
Army units killed several terrorists, injured many others and destroyed their vehicles near al-Sheikh Lutfi area, the surrounding of al-Nairab, Baynoun, al-Ameriyeh, Bustan al-Qasr, Khan Touman, al-Ashrafiyeh, Bani Zaid, al-Shaar, Aghiour roundabout, al-Shaqif, Handarat Camp, Anadan and Mayer in Aleppo and its countryside.
Terrorist organizations acknowledged on their social media pages the killing of many of their members during the army operations in the areas of Andan and M’arset al-Khan. Those included Nabhan Sattouf, the military leader of the so-called “Islamic Front”, Yaseen Ghajar, Ahmad Ghajar, Bassam al-Hussein, Adel Abdul-Rahman al-Hilal, Ayman Abdul-Salam, Mohammad Zaraor, Mahmoud Eleisha and Abdul-Qader Qassam.
The pages also said terrorists Alaa al-Yasin, Abdul-Salam al-Salmo, Abu Hamoud Habbash, Abu al-Zubair Ghazal and Abu al-Walid al-Sweid were identified among many who were killed on the outskirts of Nubbul and al-Zahraa towns.
Daraa
Units of the armed forces inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists in al-Lajat area and the towns of Jassem and Deir al-Adas in Daraa countryside in a series of intensive operations carried out against their gatherings and hideouts.
A military source told SANA that no less than 18 terrorists were killed in a military operation that targeted several dens of takfiri organizations in Jassem town. The operation resulted in the destruction of all the targeted dens along with the weapons and ammunition inside.
On their social media pages, the terrorist organizations acknowledged heavy losses inflicted upon their ranks and the death of tens of their members in Jassem.
Terrorists Suheil Jihad al-Qarfan, Zakarya Mohammed al-Jelm, Hamed al-Salkhadi, Abdullah Jamal al-Bakri, Abdullah al-Sweidani, Ahmad Hassan al-Refa’ei, Mamoun Mansour al-Refa’ei, Mohammed Ali Kiwan, Qasem Mohammed al-Shaqran and Ahmad Mohammed Abu Awdeh were identified among the dead.
The source noted that an army unit repelled terrorists who were trying to infiltrate Tal al-Museih coming from Deir al-Adas town, killing several of them, injuring many others and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
Damascus Countryside
Units of the army and armed forces killed and injured a number of terrorists who were trying to infiltrate from Khan al-Sheeh farms into al-Salam highway in Damascus countryside.
Homs
Army units killed and injured scores of terrorists from the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist organization in the area surrounds al-Shaer gas field in the eastern countryside Homs province, an area which the Army had established control over on November 6.
Other army units targeted terrorist gatherings and dens in al-Rastan city, killing a number of terrorists including Kassim al-Ashkar and Yehia Kassim al-Ashtar, two leaders of terrorist organizations operating in the city.
Idleb
Army and armed forces units destroyed terrorists’ hideout east to Serjeh village in the countryside of Idleb province, eliminating the terrorists inside it.
On a relevant note, terrorists’ pages on social networking sites reported the death of one of their leaders, the so-called “emir of Ahrar al-Cham” known as Abu Taleb, in the explosion of an IED between the villages of Mashoun and Eblin in Idleb countryside.
Hama
Army units killed and injured a large number of terrorists in Eqirbat and Salbeh in Salamiya area in the countryside of Hama province.
