Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain below average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and there will be an opportunity for scattered showers in the coastal areas and at night, while the weather will be relatively cold over the mountains and the humidity will be high in the early morning.
The wind will be westerly and moderate with active gusts whose speed exceeds 40km/h and they will be accompanied with dusty conditions in the inland areas while the wind will be southwesterly with a low to moderate speed in the coastal areas and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 32/22, Daraa 31/21, Homs 31/22, Lattakia 30/24, Aleppo 34/22 and Deir Ezzor 41/25.
