Damascus, SANA- Temperatures tend to decrease slightly on the western regions, while remaining above average from 1 to 3 degrees as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast which is accompanied by western currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear and the weather will be relatively hot in general while it will be misty and very hot in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia regions.
The wind will be western to northwestern with a low to moderate speed with active gusts in the evening, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 37/21, Daraa 35/19, Homs 34/22, Lattakia 25/39, Aleppo 39/24 and Deir Ezzor 45/27.
