Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday issued decree No.125 for 2020 that amends articles 103, 116 and 145 of the executive list of law on regulating universities issued by decree No.250 for 2006 and its amendments.
The new decree deals with the problem of the students who have missed their opportunities of registration specified in the academic universities, high studies and diploma in a scientific and objective way.
It allowed the university students who have used up the opportunity of registration to register once again in their faculties.
The decree also gave an exceptional year for students of master and doctorate’s degrees.
