Provinces, SANA – Units of the Syrian Arab Army on Wednesday continued carrying out operations against terrorist organizations across the country, eliminating a number of terrorists and destroying their equipment in several areas.
Homs
Army units established control over 3 points north of well no. 107 in al-Shaer Mountain in Homs countryside after eliminating a number of terrorists and destroying their equipment.
Other army units killed a number of terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in Oum al-Reesh, the surroundings of Salam Sharqi and al-Wadihe villages, al-Rastan, Taldo and al-Samalil in Homs countryside.
Meanwhile, a military source told SANA that the Army killed many terrorists in al-Wa’er, Salam, Um Sharshouh, , Kfar Laha and Jazal villages in Homs countryside.
Aleppo
Army units killed a number of terrorists and injured others in Allayrmoun, Ashrafia, Kafar Hamra, Bani Zaid, Ramousa, Mansoura, and the surroundings of al-Aazamiya and al-Ameriya in Aleppo and its countryside.
Daraa
An army unit killed a number of terrorists and injured others in Atman town in Daraa province and destroyed their equipment.
Other units eliminated many terrorists and destroyed their hideouts in Deir al-Assal, Kafr Nasej, Aqraba, and west of Atman.
Meanwhile, a military source told SANA that the Army killed a number of terrorists in Old Daraa al-Balad, Ataman and Tafas in Daraa countryside.
Quneitra
Army units eliminated a number of terrorists and injured others in al-Hamidyah and the surroundings of al-Alam roundabout in Quneitra countryside.
Other units killed a number of terrorists and injured others in the towns of Oum Batneh, al-Samadaniye al-Gharbiye, Jabbata al-Khashab, and al-Hurriye.
Idleb
Army units eliminated a number of terrorists and destroyed their weapons in Darkoush, Dadeikh, Saraqib, Kafr Roma, and the surroundings of Sarmin in Idleb countryside.
Other units eliminated many terrorists and destroyed their equipment in al-Akrad Mountain, Mashmashan, and al Kafeer in the province’s countryside.
Meanwhile, other Army units killed and injured a number of terrorists in al-Kaftan al-Tahtani, al-Shoughr, Nahleh and Kfar Shlaya in Idleb countryside, in addition to destroying their weapons and vehicles.
Lattakia
Army units eliminated a number of terrorists in al-Daghmashiye, al-Zweik, Ghamam, and Tartiah in Lattakia’s northern countryside.
Deir Ezzor
The people of al-Namliye village in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor province expelled ISIS terrorists from their village on Wednesday.
Local sources told SANA that the locals attacked the terrorists’ base using hunting rifles, kicking the terrorists out of the village and setting up roadblocks at its entrances to prevent them from returning.
Tensions rose in the village after ISIS terrorists murdered three people from the neighboring village of al-Dahleh and crucified them on Tuesday for “apostasy and fighting the organization.”
