Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will slightly drop to become around average while they will remain slightly above average in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia (desert) regions as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds while they weather will be relatively cold at night, warning against fog in the early morning over the mountains and the inland and southern regions.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 34/17, Daraa 34/17, Homs 31/18, Lattakia 31/22, Aleppo 32/19 and Deir Ezzor 37/20.
