Daraa, SANA-Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), Pierre Krähenbühl, hailed on Monday the support offered by Syria to the Agency throughout history, stressing the important cooperation between the two sides and thanking Syria for its coordination.
“The Agency is going on in delivering aid and services for the Palestinian refugees, particularly in the fields of education, health and social services in spite of the financial and political pressures it is exposed to and the US attack that targets the important role played by the Agency in support of the Palestinians,” Krahenbuhl said at a press conference in Daraa.
He added We have launched a campaign tilted “the dignity is priceless” to face the decrease and deficiency in financing.
