Temperatures above average, weather relatively hot

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain above average in most areas as the country is still affected by a superficial low pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by a weak semi-tropical high pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and the skies will be skies in general while the weather will be hot and misty in the eastern and al-Badia “semi-desert” areas.

The wind will be changeable to westerly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 38-23, Daraa 37/22, Homs 35/21, Lattakia 31/25, Aleppo 38/24, and Deir Ezzor 41/23.
