On their national day, Syrian captives in Israeli occupation jails remain steadfast

Quneitra, SANA – The Syrian Captive Day, which is observed on April 21st, comes as Syrian captives in Israeli occupation jails remain steadfast and committed to their nationalist positions despite the brutal Israeli practices against them.

On this occasion, the Committee for Supporting Syrian Captives in Israeli Jails denounced in a statement the oppressive Israeli practices against Syrian and Arab captives and detainees, calling on international organizations to shoulder their responsibility and protect Arab captives from the blatant violations carried out against them by the Israeli occupation.

The Committee saluted the steadfastness of the captives from the occupied Syrian Golan, including Sedqi al-Maqet, reiterating its denouncement of the artbitrary arrests carried out by the Israeli occupation against the people of the occupied Syrian Golan.
