Army establishes control on most of Morek neighborhoods in Hama countryside, tightens grip on Joubar

Provinces, SANA-Army units establish control on most of the neighborhoods of Morek in Hama northern countryside and pursue the remaining terrorists, killing large numbers of them.

Meanwhile, More terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts were targeted in large-scale military operations launched on Thursday against armed terrorist organizations in several areas around the country.

An army unit targeted terrorists’ gatherings for the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist organization in Hwaijet Saker in Deir Ezzor, killing a number of them, according to a source  in the province.

The source told SANA reporter that another army unit destroyed a den and two gatherings for ISIS terrorists in al-Hwaika neighborhood, inflicting direct losses upon them.

A number of ISIS terrorists, some of them non-Syrians, were also killed in al-Rashidiyeh and al-Sinaa neighborhoods.

Units of the armed forces left numbers of terrorists dead and others wounded after targeting them and destroying their vehicles in al-Ameriyeh, Saif al-Dawla, Old City, al-Kastello and Babis in the city of Aleppo, according to a military source.

The source told SANA reporter that other army units destroyed vehicles, killing the terrorists aboard, in Khawabi al-Assal, al-Nairab, al-Wdeihi, Anjara, Hreitan and Kweires in the countryside of the northern province.

The Army eliminated a number of terrorists, the majority of them of non-Syrian nationalities from Tajikistan, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Kuwait in several towns of Damascus countryside.

A military source told SANA field reporter that the Army stormed dens of terrorists in Ayn tarma, killing non-Syrian terrorists.

Meanwhile, the Army controlled more buildings in Joubar after killing the terrorists who were hiding inside them.

The Army also directed painful strikes against gatherings of terrorists between Erbin and Harasta, killing terrorists from Saudi Arabia, in addition to destroying equipment of other terrorists in Tal Kurdi in Douma farms.

It held several operations in Kfar Batna, Dir al-Asafeer and Zibdeen.

Army units also destroyed a number of vehicles with all terrorists inside them in Jarrod Arsal in al-Qalamoun, Damascus Countryside.

Army units targeted terrorists’ dens in al-Rastan and to the east of al-Shaer field in the countryside of Homs province, killing and injuring many terrorists.

In the same context, an army unit killed all members of a terrorist group affiliated to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) organization to the east of al-Furqlus on Homs-Palmyra road in the eastern countryside of the province and confiscated their weapons, ammunition and communication devices.

A source in the the central province told SANA reporter that a unit of the armed forces clashed with the ISIS terrorist group which had taken a gas station east of al-Furqlus as a den and a base from which to launch its criminal acts.

It noted that the terrorists, who were all killed in the operation, were wearing explosive belts, adding that the army unit also confiscated a number of explosive devices ready for remote detonation.

Army units killed many terrorists in the neighborhoods of al-Bajabja and al-Jumruk al-Qadim (old customs) in Daraa al-Balad.

Other army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings to the south of Um al-Mayazen bridge, to the west of Tal al-Mal, in Tafas, Atman, al-Karek al-Sharqi and to the west of Kharab al-Shahem town in the countryside of Daraa, destroying their vehicles.

In Quneitra countryside, army units killed many terrorists and injured others in Mas’hara and al-Hurria roundabout near al-Hamidia town.

Meanwhile, army units destroyed several vehicles, killed and injured all terrorists aboard in Khan Sheikhoun, Abu al-Dhohour and Taftanaz in the countryside of Idleb.
