Shopping festival “Made in Syria” kicks off with participation of 135 companies

Damascus, SANA_ The 81st round of monthly shopping festival “Made in Syria” kicked off on Thursday evening at al-Jalaa Sports Hall in Mazzeh in Damascus with the participation of 135 national food, textile and chemical industries companies.

Head of Damascus and its Countryside Chamber of Industry Samer al-Debs confirmed that the industrialists participants continue to offer discounts and special offers on all their products with maintaining the good quality.

He stressed the chamber’s permanent care to introduce new companies in each round with focusing on adherence to reduced prices, providing offers and discounts in addition to coupons and vouchers free of charge for the families of martyrs and wounded army personnel .

For his part, member of the Board of Directors of Damascus and its Countryside Chamber of Industry Talal Qalaheji, affirmed the Chamber’s intention to organize the upcoming round in Homs province, then in Jordan and later in Lebanon to prove that the Syrian industry is still able to produce products of high quality at competitive prices despite difficulties and hindrances.

The festival, which has been held since the beginning of 2015, has succeeded in contributing to reducing prices through the positive intervention in the market.

It presents the products and goods directly from the producer to consumer at competitive and reduced prices.
