Daraa, SANA- The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC)- Daraa Branch distributed 4000 food baskets among locals in al-Mzeirib town in Daraa western countryside.
Delivering the aid came in framework of the Humanitarian Response Plan to help the civilians who returned to their homes after restoring security and stability to the province by the Syrian Arab Army.
Chairman of SARC Branch in Daraa Dr. Ahmad al-Masalmieh said that SARC cadres on Saturday delivered food aid granted by the World Food Program (WFP) on board 22 trucks.
Al-Masalmieh added that 4000 food baskets were distributed in al-Mzeirib town in framework of providing the needs of the locals who returned to their towns after restoring stability to them.
He indicated that flour bags will be also distributed among the locals once they arrive in the stores.
