Beirut, SANA-Hezbollah Secretary General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, said on Friday that the resistance, which made the victory of year 2000 and defeated the Israeli occupation in south Lebanon, became today more stronger.
“The Zionist enemy was forced to withdraw from South Lebanon in 2000 in a humble way because of the huge losses it has inflicted,” Nasrallah added in a speech on the 18th anniversary of the Liberation and Resistance day.
He indicated that the Lebanese and Syrian armies and the Palestinian resistance have participated in the great victory.
Nasrallah congratulated the Syrian army, leadership and people for liberating Damascus and its countryside from terrorism.
