Kathmandu, SANA- The Syrian Omar al-Husari managed to reach a height of 5,400 meter at the Himalayas range of mountains in the framework of his tour to reach the Island Peak at these high mountains which are located between India and China.
Al-Husari raised the national flag upon reaching Kathmandu camp which is located at an altitude of 5,400 meters at the Himalayas after a hard and beautiful trip.
Al-Husari decided to climb the highest mountains in the world as it was his dream since the early childhood and he trained intensively for more than six months to climb the Himalayas.
