Aleppo, SANA- A civilian martyred and others were injured as a result of the continued Turkish assault on Afrin city in northern Aleppo.
Local sources told SANA that the Turkish forces and its mercenaries of terrorist groups heavily bombarded the city of Afrin, claiming the life of a civilian, injuring five others and causing significant material damage to public and private properties.
Three other civilians, including children, were also injured due to the Turkish artillery shelling and airstrikes on the neighborhoods of al-Ashrafia and al-Mahmoudia in Afrin city, the sources added.
The continued Turkish bombardment has caused massive material damage to the City’s neighborhoods.
