Kazakh FM: Ministerial meeting to discuss Syrian crisis to be held on March 16

Astana, SANA- The next meeting of foreign ministers of the guarantor states of the cessation of hostilities in Syria (Russia, Iran and Turkey) will discuss on March 16th in Astana the joint cooperation on the political settlement to the crisis in Syria, Kazakh FM press service has reported.

“According to information received from the guarantor countries of the Astana process on Syria, the foreign ministers of Iran, Russia and Turkey plan to convene in Kazakh capital on March 16, 2018,” Russian Sputnik news agency quoted the Kazakh Foreign Ministry as saying.

 

The participants plan to analyze the results of the first year of cooperation on Syrian settlement and determine a plan for further joint actions, the agency added.
