Two civilians martyred, nine others injured due to Turkish regime aggression on Afrin area

Aleppo, SANA – Two civilians were martyred and nine others were injured on Tuesday due to the aggression by Turkish regime and its mercenaries on Afrin area in Aleppo northern countryside, in a new violation of the Security Council resolution on the cessation of combat activities in Syria for 30 days.

Civil sources told SANA’s reporter that the Turkish regime forces attacked Jandaris town with various types of weapons, martyring two civilians and injuring three others.

Six civilians were injured when the Turkish forces attacked Bilbl town, the sources said, adding that the Turkish forces also bombarded al-sheikh Hadid town, causing material damage to the locals’ houses, properties, and the infrastructure.

The number of martyrs and injured people is likely to rise as the bombardment is continuing on the villages and the towns in Afrin area.
