Moscow, SANA- Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Tuesday that the opening of the Syrian National dialogue Congress in Sochi was delayed due to waiting a number of participants and observers.
Russia Today website quoted Deputy Director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry Artem Kozhin as saying that the Congress will be opened soon.
Earlier, SANA delegate to Sochi said that the opening session of the Syrian National Dialogue Congress in Sochi was delayed for an hour.
Activities of the Congress will be officially launched on Tuesday in Sochi city with participation of some 1500 figures representing different segment of the Syrian society and figures from foreign opposition.
