Damascus, SANA – Temperatures remain above average by 2 to 3 degrees as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by western wet airstreams in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general, and rain showers are expected over different areas across the country.
The winds will be western to southwestern between low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be moderate in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 15/04, Daraa 15/06, Homs 14/05, Hama 16/05, Lattakia 19/11, Aleppo 11/04 and Deir Ezzor 15/06.
