Damascus, SANA- The two-day conference titled “National Project for Administrative Reform… Success Factors in Syria in Post-War Stage ” discussed the role of the national project in developing the work system at different bodies of the public sector.
Participants in the conference, which wrapped up activities on Sunday evening, shed light on mechanisms of dealing with the deficiency in the administrative environment of various institutions and bodies, underlining the importance of training and qualification.
Regarding the financial policy, the participants called for activating the e-payment system and the tax and customs reform, in addition to putting a unified tax law.
The conference also tackled the suitable mechanisms for taking care of media cadres, calling for providing the required support to media sector.
Issues related to the judicial work, the local administration and the environment and the educational sectors were also on the table.
Experts, executive specialists and officials, university professors and a number of MPs participated in the conference which was organized by the Syrian-British Society.
