Damascus Countryside, SANA_ The armed groups on Saturday targeted with mortar shells al-Bayrouni University Hospital and al-Shurta (police) Hospital in a new violation of the agreement of de-escalation zone in the eastern Ghouta.

A source at Damascus police command told SANA that five mortar shells, fired by the armed groups positioned in the eastern Ghouta, fell in the vicinity of the al-Bayrouni and al-Shurta hospitals in Harasta, Damascus Countryside, causing material damages but no casualties.

Since its signing last July, the armed groups have repeatedly violated the agreement of the de-escalation zone through attacking residential neighborhoods in Damascus and its countryside.
