Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will gradually rise to become slightly above average as the country is affected by low high pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear and partly cloudy in general, warning against fog formation in the mountains and some inland areas at night and early morning hours.
The wind will be changeable with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follow: Damascus 19/8, Daraa 21/10, Homs 19/11, Lattakia 23/12, Aleppo 18/8and Deir Ezzor 20/10.
