Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will drop to become around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general to become cloudy to rainy over different areas across the country, and the rainfalls will be heavy and accompanied by thunder sometimes over the coastal and the inland areas.
The wind will be southwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be medium in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major provinces will be as follows: Damascus 22/10, Daraa 21/11, Homs 20/5, Lattakia 24/14, Aleppo 18/9 and Deir Ezzor 21/12.
