Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will rise to become from 2 to 3 degrees above average in most areas as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the wind will be southerly southwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the weather will be relatively hot and the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badiya desert areas while the temperatures will rise to become from 3 to 5 degrees above average.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 30/16, Daraa 27/14, Homs 29/17, Lattakia 26/17, Aleppo 28/17 and Deir Ezzor 33/19.
