Over 200 persons from al-Wa’er have their status settled in light of amnesty decree no.15

Homs, SANA- over 200 persons from al-Wa’er neighborhood in Homs had their status settled on Monday, in light of amnesty decree no. 15 for 2016 and the reconciliation agreement in the neighborhood, paving the way for the return of all the governmental institutions to it.

In a press statement, Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi, said that the settlement process of those who want to join the agreement according to amnesty decree No. 15 for 2016 is still continuous.

Over 1400 gunmen and members of their families, who rejected to join the agreement, have left al-Waer neighborhood on the western outskirts of Homs city on Saturday, ,in coordination with the security and military committees, and The Hmeimim-based Russian Reconciliation Center .
