Interior Minister… 14 members martyred, 10 others injured in treacherous ambush in Tartous

Damascus, SANA-Interior Minister Mohammad Abdul Rahman said that 14 members of the Interior Ministry were martyred and 10 others injured in a treacherous ambush by Remnants of the overthrown regime in the countryside of Tartous province, while they were performing their duties in maintaining security and safety of people.

The Interior Minister added in a statement published on the ministry’s Facebook page: The Interior Ministry presented an example of sacrifice and redemption to preserve Syria’s security, stability and the safety of its people. These sacrifices will not stop until stability is achieved and security is extended to the Syrian people, and we will pursue anyone who dares to tamper with Syria’s security and the lives of its people.
