Riyadh, SANA- Saudi Energy Ministry organized Sunday a specialized workshop on governance, chaired by Syrian Energy Minister Eng. Mohammed al-Bashir, in the presence of his deputies for oil, electricity, and water resources affairs.
The workshop was attended by Assistants for Electricity Affairs, Petroleum and Gas Affairs, Development and Excellence Ministers along with a number of senior officials of Saudi Energy Ministry.
The workshop touched on Saudi Ministry of Energy’s plans and experiences in governance and institutional development, and discussed potential cooperation prospects with the Syrian side.
It also highlighted the Saudi experience, with its governance and development strategies, as a successful model for addressing challenges which made it an important reference for bilateral cooperation between the two sides.
