President al-Sharaa issues decree appointing Mohammed Safwat Abdul Hamid Raslan as Director General of the Syrian Development Fund

Damascus, SANA-President Ahmad al-Sharaa issued Decree No. (117) of 2025 appointing Mr. Mohammed Safwat Abdul Hamid Raslan as Director General of the Syrian Development Fund.
