Kuwait City, March 3 (SANA) The German Embassy in Kuwait announced Tuesday that it had closed to the public amid ongoing regional escalation.
In a statement carried by the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida, the embassy said it has suspended public access since Sunday, adding that its visa section will remain closed until further notice.
The embassy urged German nationals in Kuwait to contact its emergency service in urgent situations.
A source at the embassy confirmed that staff are currently working remotely.
Earlier Tuesday, the French Embassy in Kuwait, as well as the U.S. embassies in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, also announced temporary closures amid accelerating regional tensions linked to the U.S.–Israeli–Iranian war.
